Delete your account
You can delete your Homes Off Market account at any time, from this page or from the app under Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details and profile
- Every listing you have created, including its photos
- Your saved homes and saved searches, and any alerts attached to them
- Your notification tokens, so the app stops sending to your devices
What is kept, and why
If you have sent an enquiry, the seller keeps their copy of that message as a record of the conversation. We remove your name and email from it, so it no longer identifies you. The same applies to any negotiation or agent service request.
